宋十二月初三日。明州延慶寺法師有朋坐清玉軒。一眾圍繞諷觀經。至真法身觀。朋寂然坐而逝（釋統僧傳）。

In the Song, on the third day of the twelfth month, Dharma Master Youpeng of Yanqing Monastery in Mingzhou sat in the Qingyu Pavilion; the assembly surrounded him chanting the Contemplation Sūtra, and when they reached the Contemplation of the True Dharma Body, Peng sat quietly and passed away (from the Biographies of Monks in the Shishi tongjian).
