In the yichou year, the second year of Linde, at Faju Monastery in Yizhou there was an image of Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva painted by Zhang Sengyou. By the seventh month of this year, the copy made by the monastery's monks emitted light, and every subsequent copy made also emitted light (from the Tripitaka's Fayuan zhulin).
