壬寅大德六年三月。詔以旱溢為災。赦天下免其差稅三年　六月建文宣王廟於京師。

In the third month of the sixth year of the Dade era, a renyin year, an imperial edict, on account of the disasters of drought and inundation, pardoned the realm and remitted its corvée and taxes for three years. In the sixth month, a Temple to King Wenxuan was built in the capital.
