丁未十一年正月丙寅朔。帝大漸免朝賀。癸酉帝崩於玉德殿。號成宗完者篤欽明廣孝皇帝　五月武宗即位。

In the eleventh year, a dingwei year, on the bingyin day, the first of the first month, the Emperor became critically ill and cancelled court audiences. On the guiyou day, the Emperor passed away in the Yude Hall. He was titled Emperor Chengzong, Öljeitü Qinming Guangxiao. In the fifth month, Wuzong ascended the throne.
