乙卯延祐二年正月。詔遣宣撫使。分十二道。問民疾苦。黜涉官吏　五月秦州山移十一月彗見紫微垣　赦天下。

In the yimao year, the second year of Yanyou [1315], in the first month, an edict ordered the dispatch of pacification commissioners along twelve circuits to inquire into the hardships of the people and to demote or promote officials. In the fifth month, a mountain moved in Qinzhou. In the eleventh month, a comet appeared in the Ziwei Enclosure. An amnesty was granted throughout the realm.
