乙未十五年二月。劉福通等。迎韓林兒立以為帝。又號小明王。建都亳州。國號宋。改元龍鳳元年　六月我　太祖高皇帝。自和州渡江。取太平路拔之。耆儒陶安李習。率父老出迎獻言曰。明公率眾渡江。神武不殺人心悅服。以此順天應人而行吊伐。天下不足平也　帝以天下兵起。下罪己詔。大赦天下。

The fifteenth year, yiwei (1355), the second month. Liu Futong and others welcomed Han Lin'er and installed him as emperor, also known as the Little Prince of Brightness (Xiao Mingwang). They established their capital in Bozhou, named their state Song, and changed the reign era to the first year of Longfeng. In the sixth month, our Taizu Gaohuangdi crossed the Yangzi River from Hezhou, attacked Taiping Circuit, and captured it. The elder Confucian scholars Tao An and Li Xi led the elders out to welcome him and offered counsel, saying: "When you, Duke of Brightness, led your host across the river, with divine martial prowess you did not kill, and the hearts of the people were delighted and convinced. Pursuing punitive campaigns in this manner by following Heaven and responding to humanity, pacifying the realm will not be difficult." Because troops had risen across the realm, the Emperor issued an edict reproaching himself and declared a great amnesty throughout the realm.
