丙午至正二十六年　龍鳳十二年　大統四年　二月黃河北徙。自東明曹濮及濟寧　三月玉珍卒。子明昇嗣立。改元開熙　五月太祖訪求古今書籍。藏之祕府。以資覽閱。太祖曰。孔子之言。真治國之良規。孔子誠萬世之師也　八月拓建康城於鍾山之陽。延亘周迴五十餘里。盡據山川之勝　十二月太祖立宗廟社稷曰。宮室但取完固而已。何必雕巧　十二月宋主小明王韓林兒殂。

The twenty-sixth year of Zhizheng, bingwu; the twelfth year of Longfeng; the fourth year of Datong. In the second month, the Yellow River shifted northwards, reaching Jining from Dongming, Cao, and Pu. In the third month, Yuzhen died, and his son Ming Sheng succeeded him, changing the era name to Kaixi. In the fifth month, Taizu sought out ancient and modern books, storing them in the secret archives to provide for his reading. Taizu said: "The words of Confucius are truly excellent standards for governing the state; Confucius is truly a teacher for ten thousand generations." In the eighth month, he expanded the city of Jiankang to the south of Mount Zhong, extending around for more than fifty li and taking full advantage of the mountains and rivers. In the twelfth month, Taizu established the ancestral temples and the altars of land and grain, saying: "Palaces and chambers need only be solid and complete; why must they be intricately carved?" In the twelfth month, the Song ruler, the Young Radiant King Han Lin'er, passed away.
