易菴法師　名如通。自稱蘆江老叟。初謁萬松決擇心要。吳越名山賴興復者甚眾。後赴天台國清。說偈而逝。年七十三。

Dharma Master Yi'an: His name was Rutong, and he called himself the Old Man of Lujiang. At first he visited Wansong to determine the essential point of mind. The famous mountains in Wu and Yue that relied on him for revival were very many. Later he went to Guoqing on Mount Tiantai, uttered a verse, and passed away at the age of seventy-three.
