岱宗禪師　諱泰。紹興人。住持徑山。晨起盥沐罷。趺坐而逝。

Chan Master Daizong: his taboo name was Tai, and he was a native of Shaoxing. He was the abbot of Jingshan. Having washed and bathed in the morning, he sat cross-legged and passed away.
