柴車錢塘人。清慎得名。為兵部侍郎　況鍾江西人。為蘇州知府。鋤強扶善。民以青天稱　十二月含譽星。見于九斿。大如彈丸。黃白光耀。群臣表賀。

Chai Che, a native of Qiantang, gained renown for his purity and prudence and served as Vice Minister of War. Kuang Zhong, a native of Jiangxi, served as Prefect of Suzhou; he rooted out the powerful and supported the good, and the people called him 'Blue Sky' (Qingtian). In the twelfth month, the star of Hanyu appeared in the Nine Flags constellation, as large as a pellet, shining with yellow and white brilliance; the ministers presented memorials offering congratulations.
