空谷禪師　諱景隆。字祖庭。號空谷。從辨山懶雲和尚。受學參禪。次謁古拙。後從石菴出家。於昭慶寺受具。有空谷集等行於世。

Chan Master Konggu, whose taboo name was Jinglong, courtesy name was Zuting, and sobriquet was Konggu, received instruction and practiced Chan under the Venerable Bianshan Lanyun. Next, he visited Guzhuo. Later, he left home under Shi'an and received full ordination at Zhaoqing Monastery. His *Konggu Ji* and other works circulate in the world.
