1.422

菩薩足踐處　地皆六種動
發大深遠音　我聞眼開明
又見虛空中　青雀繞菩薩
瑞雲極鮮映　香氣甚清涼
此等諸瑞相　悉同過去佛
以是知菩薩　必定成正覺

"Where the Bodhisattva sets his feet, / the earth trembles in six ways,
Emitting a great, deep, and distant sound; / hearing it, my eyes opened and grew bright.
I also see in the midst of the sky / bluebirds circling the Bodhisattva,
Auspicious clouds extremely vivid and bright, / and fragrance exceedingly pure and cool.
All these auspicious omens / are identical to those of the Buddhas of the past;
By this, one knows that the Bodhisattva / will surely achieve complete awakening."
