爾時地神暢聲告已。即為立座頒宣。廣說十二因緣（拘隣者知本際也）佛法聖眾即成三寶。名暢天下音徹梵天。俱隣五人六十億天。八十億色界天。八萬世人得法眼淨。

Then, after the earth deity had proclaimed the news with a resonant voice, [they] immediately set up a seat and proclaimed [the Dharma], expounding in detail the twelve links of dependent origination. (Kauṇḍinya is the one who knew the original limit.) The Buddha, the Dharma, and the Saṅgha thereby formed the Three Jewels. The renown spread throughout the world, and the sound penetrated to the Brahmā heaven. Kauṇḍinya and the other five men, six billion devas, eight billion devas of the form realm, and eighty thousand worldly people attained the pure Dharma eye.
