魔王自前與佛相難。菩薩以智慧力伸手按地。應時地動。魔與官屬顛倒而墮。已降魔怨成正真覺。

The Demon King stepped forward himself to dispute with the Buddha. The Bodhisattva, with the power of his wisdom, stretched out his hand and pressed the earth. Instantly the earth trembled; Māra and his retinue tumbled and fell upside down. Having already subdued the demonic adversary, he realized true and complete awakening.
