經云。次度長者子耶舍得初果。父來覓子。佛為說法得法眼淨。為說三歸優婆塞初。又度耶舍同友五十人。皆得初果（不久皆得羅漢）。

The sūtra says: Next he converted the elder's son Yaśas, who attained the first fruit. When his father came seeking his son, the Buddha preached the Dharma for him, and he attained the purity of the Dharma-eye; he explained the three refuges for him, making him the first upāsaka. He also converted fifty companions of Yaśas, who all attained the first fruit (soon all attained arhatship).
