十誦云。佛遊經久。須達思見。佛與髮甲起塔。作欄栱欒楯種種莊嚴常令供養。
The Daśādhyāya-vinaya says: The Buddha had been wandering for a long time, and Sudatta longed to see him. The Buddha gave him hair and nails to erect a stūpa, and made railings, bracketing, and balustrades with various decorations to maintain constant offerings.
