祐按至人處世利益弘大。髮爪衣鉢咸為法事。故能寶塔霞起廣被天人。造塔之源非惟散身而已。
You notes: When the Ultimate Man dwells in the world, his benefits are vast and great. His hair, nails, robes, and bowl all serve as sacred instruments. Therefore, precious stūpas rise like clouds, widely sheltering devas and humans. The origin of constructing stūpas was not only for dispersed bodily remains.
