明德二年八月日。感得了此記冥詳撰（云云）大師付法傳。被引用行狀文。彼此符合。尤可珍重之也。

Recorded in the eighth month of the second year of Meitoku. Having obtained this record composed by Mingxiang (and so forth), when the text of the Account of Conduct cited in the Daishi fuhōden was collated, both matched each other, which is especially worthy of being prized.
