昔吾為惡業　今日自還受
一切世間苦　恩愛會離別
汝當諦思惟　何應大啼哭

"Formerly I performed evil karma,
and today I receive it back myself.
All the suffering of the world
and the affection of love must end in parting.
You should contemplate this carefully;
why should you weep so aloud?"
