時有竺曇蓋、竺僧法，並苦行通感。蓋能神呪請雨，為楊州刺史司馬元顯所敬。法亦善神呪，晉丞相會稽王司馬道子。為起治城寺焉。

At that time, there were also Zhu Dangai and Zhu Sengfa, both of whose austere practices led to miraculous responses. Dangai was able to pray for rain with divine dhāraṇīs and was revered by Sima Yuanxian, Inspector of Yang Province. Sengfa was also skilled in divine dhāraṇīs; Sima Daozi, Prince of Kuaiji and Chancellor of the Jin, built Zhicheng Temple for him.
