大日本國保安元年七月八日。於大宰府勸俊源法師書寫畢。宋人蘇景。自高麗國奉渡聖教之中。有此法華傳。仍為留兩本所令書寫也。

On the eighth day of the seventh month of the first year of Hōan in Great Japan, the copying was completed at Dazaifu at the encouragement of Dharma Master Shun'gen. Among the sacred teachings carried over from Goryeo by the Song man Su Jing, there was this Account of the Lotus; therefore, two copies were kept and ordered to be transcribed.
