According to the Illustrated Guide to Jetavana: In the upper storey of the eastern tower in front of the Buddha Hall, there is a silver image. Inside the image, there is a pavilion of seven treasures. Inside the pavilion, there is a jeweled pond with jeweled flowers. Above the flowers, there is a white jade image. Within a lotus blossom in the pond, there is a silver stūpa. In the heart of the stūpa, there is a pearl stūpa. Inside that stūpa, there are two images, of Śākyamuni and Prabhūtaratna, depicting the seventh assembly where the Lotus Sūtra was preached. It also says: The Saddharmapuṇḍarīka Sūtra is similar to the Avataṃsaka and Prajñāpāramitā in that it was preached over many assemblies. What is translated nowadays corresponds to the third assembly. It also says: In the four terraces and five tiers of the tiered hall, on the upper storey, there is a vaiḍūrya mani pearl. Within this pearl, past Buddhas once preached the Lotus, thrice transforming the defiled land into a pure land. Whatever is contained in the sūtra is fully manifested within it.
