贊曰。却天宮而求淨土。前有光公。後有洪公及昂。蓋三人焉而時逼須臾。猶能導四眾以毘尼。據高座而歸寂。靈相紛然駭人心目。嗚呼異哉。

The appraisal says: In rejecting the heavenly palace and seeking the Pure Land, there was previously Master Guang, and later Master Hong as well as Ang—three people in all. And though the moment pressed closely, he was still able to guide the fourfold assembly with the vinaya, taking the high seat to return to quiescence, with sacred manifestations in profusion astounding people's eyes and minds. Alas, how extraordinary!
