唐尼淨真。居長安積善寺。衲衣乞食。誦金剛經十萬遍。篤志念佛。語弟子曰。五月內十度見佛。兩度見寶蓮花上童子遊戲。吾已得上品生。言訖跏趺而化。祥光滿庵。

The Nun Jingzhen of the Tang dynasty resided at Jishan Monastery in Chang'an. Wearing patched robes and begging for food, she recited the Diamond Sūtra one hundred thousand times and single-mindedly practiced buddhamanasikāra. She said to her disciples, 'Within the fifth month I saw the Buddha ten times, and twice I saw young boys playing upon precious lotuses. I have already attained the highest grade of rebirth.' Having spoken, she sat cross-legged and passed away. An auspicious light filled the hermitage.
