宋錢唐孫氏女。常念佛持呪。因病請清照律師。至謂曰。久病厭世願求往生。師為談淨土因緣。大喜至夜夢。師持藥一盞服之。流汗身心輕安。三日後語侍人曰。迦葉尊者來此。好金蓮華座。即瞑目結印而化。

In the Song dynasty, the daughter of the Sun family of Qiantang constantly practiced buddhamanasikāra and held dhāraṇīs. Due to illness, she invited Vinaya Master Qingzhao. When he arrived, she told him, "Bedridden with long illness, I loathe the world and wish to seek rebirth." The master explained to her the causes and conditions for the Pure Land, and she was overjoyed. That night she dreamed that the master brought a cup of medicine, which she took; she broke into a sweat, and both body and mind felt light and peaceful. Three days later, she said to her attendants, "The Venerable Kāśyapa has come here with a fine golden lotus seat." She then closed her eyes, formed a mudrā, and passed away.
