宋梁氏女。居汾陽。兩目俱盲。遇沙門勸令念佛。越三年雙目開明。後忽見佛菩薩幡蓋來迎。即日命終。

The woman of the Liang clan of the Song dynasty lived in Fenyang. Both of her eyes were blind. She met a śramaṇa who exhorted her to practice buddhamanasikāra. After three years, both eyes regained their sight. Later, she suddenly saw buddhas and bodhisattvas coming to welcome her with banners and canopies, and passed away on that very day.
