3.62

贊曰。彌陀光明。無量照十方國。苟至心憶念。就使肉睛不朗。當必心目洞開。而今時瞽者。往往作師巫。造殺業。是謂從冥入冥。終無時得覩天日矣。嗟乎。吾安能以此。普告盡世之盲人乎。

The appreciation says: Amitābha's light is immeasurable, illuminating the lands of the ten directions. If one recollects him with utmost sincerity, even if the physical eyes are not cleared, the mind's eye will surely be opened wide. Yet the blind of today often act as spirit mediums and create the karma of killing; this is called entering darkness from darkness, never having a time to behold the light of day. Alas! How can I make this universally known to all the blind people in the world?
