右件經。古德相傳云。是華嚴別品。詳其文句。始終總無華嚴流類。近勘梵本。亦無此品。請後人詳究。

Concerning the sūtra above, former masters passed down the tradition that it was a separate chapter of the Avataṃsaka. However, scrutinising its phrasing, from beginning to end it bears no resemblance to the genre of the Avataṃsaka. A recent collation against the Sanskrit texts also found no such chapter. Later scholars are invited to investigate this closely.
