婆羅頗密多三藏云。西國相。傳龍樹從龍宮。將經出已。遂造大不思議論。亦十萬頌。釋此經既冥機未啟。不測其指歸也。

Tripiṭaka Master Prabhākaramitra stated: 'According to tradition in the Western Countries, after Nāgārjuna brought the sūtra forth from the Dragon Palace, he composed the Great Acintya Treatise, which also consisted of one hundred thousand verses, to comment on this sūtra. Yet since unseen conditions had not matured, its essential import remains unknown.'
