20.51

定州石藏慧炬和尚。問如何是伽藍。師曰。只遮箇。曰如何是伽藍中人。師曰。作麼作麼。曰忽遇客來將何秖待。師曰。喫茶去。

Upādhyāya Huiju of Shicang in Dingzhou. A monk asked, "What is the saṅghārāma?" The Master said, "Only this." The monk said, "What about the person within the saṅghārāma?" The Master said, "What are you doing? What are you doing?" The monk said, "If a guest suddenly arrives, how will you entertain him?" The Master said, "Go drink tea."
