24.67

鄂州黃龍智顒禪師（第三世住）僧問。如何是黃龍家風。師曰。待賓飣僊果。僧問。如何是諸佛之本源。師曰。即此一問是何源。曰恁麼即諸佛無異路去也。師曰。延平劍已成龍去。猶有刻舟求劍人。

Chan Master Zhiyong of Huanglong in Ezhou (the third generation to reside there). A monk asked, "What is the house style of Huanglong?" The Master said, "To treat guests, immortals' fruits are arranged." The monk asked, "What is the fundamental source of all the Buddhas?" The Master said, "From what source is this very single question?" The monk said, "Then all the Buddhas have no disparate path!" The Master said, "The Yanping sword has already transformed into a dragon and gone; yet there is still someone notching the boat to search for the sword."
