問君心印作何顏。心印何人敢授傳。歷劫坦然無異色。呼為心印早虛言。須知本自虛空性。將喻紅爐火裏蓮。莫謂無心云是道。無心猶隔一重關。

I ask you: what does the mind-seal look like? / Who would dare transmit or receive the mind-seal? / Through kalpas it remains tranquil without varying color; / To call it a mind-seal is already an empty word. / One must know that by nature it is originally like empty space, / Yet it is compared to a lotus in the fire of a red-hot furnace. / Do not say that "no-mind" is the Way; / No-mind is still separated by another barrier.
