5.86

四大無主復如水　遇曲逢直無彼此
淨穢兩處不生心　壅決何曾有二意
觸境但似水無心　在世縱橫有何事

"The four great elements have no master, again like water:
Meeting twists and encountering straights, there is neither this nor that.
In clean and foul places alike, it does not generate a mind;
Whether blocked or bursting forth, when has it ever had two thoughts?
Encountering objects, it is just like water—without mind;
Dwelling in the world freely and unrestrained, what matter could there be?"
