5.96

善既從心生　惡豈離心有
善惡是外緣　於心實不有
捨惡送何處　取善令誰守
傷嗟二見人　攀緣兩頭走
若悟本無心　始悔從前咎

"Since good is born from the mind,
How could evil exist apart from the mind?
Good and evil are external conditions;
In the mind, they truly do not exist.
Discarding evil, where do you dispatch it?
Taking up good, whom do you cause to guard it?
Lamentable are those of dualistic views,
Running in two directions after conditioning objects.
If one awakens to fundamental non-mind,
Only then does one regret former errors."
