蘇州萬壽法印守堅禪師。僧問。如何是道。師曰。誰不履踐。僧云。如何是道中人。師曰。來千去萬。

Chan Master Shoujian of Foyin at Wanshou in Suzhou. A monk asked, "What is the Way?" The Master said, "Who does not walk upon it?" The monk said, "Who is the person on the Way?" The Master said, "Thousands come, myriads go."
