婺州淨土可嵩禪師將順世。有頌曰。靈木無根。北斗有柄。大海波瀾。是余壽命。八尺丈六。誰凡誰聖。若問去處。春行秋令。珍重諸賢。形端表正。言畢趺坐而逝。

Chan Master Kesong of Jingtu in Wuzhou was about to pass away and had a verse: 'The numinous tree has no roots; / The Northern Dipper has a handle. / The billows of the great ocean / Are my lifespan. / Eight feet or sixteen feet— / Who is ordinary, who is sacred? / If you ask about where I go: / In spring executing autumn’s commands. / Take care, all you worthy ones: / Make the physical form upright and the exterior correct.' Having finished speaking, he sat cross-legged and passed away.
