瑞州洞山擇言禪師。僧問。如何是十身調御。投子下禪床立未審意旨如何。師曰。脚跟下七穿八穴。
Chan Master Zeyan of Dongshan in Ruizhou. A monk asked, "What is the Regulator of the Ten Bodies? Touzi got down from his meditation bench and stood. What was the intended meaning?" The Master said, "Seven perforations and eight holes beneath his heels."
