上曰。朕極憂民間荒歉。師對。臣亦恐春間細民艱食。賴　陛下聖德所感。今二麥將熟米價稍平。中外得人已行賑濟。但得一飽則農務有緒。皆　陛下生成之賜。

The Emperor said, "I am extremely worried about famine among the people." The Master replied, "Your servant also feared that in spring the common people would have difficulty finding food. Relying on the influence of Your Majesty's sagely virtue, now the two wheats are about to ripen, and the price of rice has slightly stabilized. Capable men within and outside the court have already carried out relief; if they only get a full meal, agricultural tasks will be in order. These are all the blessings of Your Majesty's nurturing."
