又太始之中。中興寺僧嵩明數論。末年僻執謂佛不應常住。臨終之日舌根先爛。

Furthermore, during the Taishi reign period, the monk Sengsong of Zhongxing Monastery was well versed in the Abhidharma treatises. In his later years, he held a perverse attachment, claiming that the Buddha could not be eternally abiding. On the day of his death, the root of his tongue rotted away first.
