汝當求出離　於佛教勤精
能降生死中　如象推草舍
於此法律中　常修不放逸
能竭煩惱海　當盡苦邊際

"You should seek to escape, / and be diligent in the Buddha's teaching. / You can subdue [death] within birth and death, / as an elephant crushes a hut of grass. / In this Dharma and Vinaya, / always practice diligence; / you can exhaust the ocean of afflictions, / and shall bring suffering to its ultimate end."
