忽懍國，周八百餘里。國大都城周五六里。伽藍十餘所，僧徒五百餘人。

This country is 800 li or so in circuit, the capital is 5 or 6 li in circumference; there are about ten convents and 500 monks. Going west, we come to the country of Po-ho (Balkh).
