其側是摩訶摩耶（言大術也）夫人寢殿基上。精舍作夫人像。其側精舍中作菩薩像。神降之相彼執不同。上座部云。當唐國五月十五日。諸部又云。當此五月八日。此蓋聞見之異耳。其側有仙相塔。城南有塔。是太子捔力擲象。越城墮地為大坑處。側有精舍作太子像及受業像　其傍精舍是妃寢處。作耶輸陀羅并羅怙羅像　別本云。太子初夜開城北門出去。又城東南隅精舍中。作太子乘白馬凌空踰城處　四城門各有精舍。作老病死沙門像。城南四里尼拘盧林塔。佛得道與天人說法之所　城南五十里故城中塔。是人壽六萬歲時。迦羅迦村馱佛本生城。城東南塔即此佛遺身也。無憂王於前建石柱高三丈餘。

Beside it, upon the foundations of Queen Mahāmāyā’s (rendered ‘Dashu’ [Great Skill]) bedchamber, an image of the queen has been made inside a vihāra. In a vihāra beside that, an image of the Bodhisattva has been made. Regarding the phase of his spiritual descent, their traditions differ: the Sthaviranikāya says it was on the fifteenth day of the fifth month according to the Tang calendar, while the other schools say it was on the eighth day of the fifth month; these are merely differences in what they heard and saw. Beside it is the Stūpa of the Rṣi’s Physiognomy. South of the city is a stūpa, which is where the prince competed in strength by hurling an elephant, which cleared the city and struck the ground, forming a great pit. Beside it is a vihāra containing an image of the prince and an image of him receiving instruction. Beside that, a vihāra is the bedchamber of his consort, containing images of Yaśodharā and Rāhula. Another edition says: ‘In the first watch of the night, the prince opened the northern city gate and departed.’ Furthermore, in a vihāra in the southeast corner of the city, an image has been made of the prince riding his white horse, soaring through the sky and leaping over the city. At each of the four city gates there is a vihāra containing images of old age, illness, death, and a recluse. Four li south of the city is the stūpa in the Nyagrodha Grove, where the Buddha attained the Way and preached the Dharma to devas and humans. In an old city fifty li south of the city is a stūpa, being the native city of Krakucchanda Buddha when the human lifespan was sixty thousand years. The stūpa to the southeast of the city is for the bodily relics of this Buddha; King Aśoka erected a stone pillar in front of it more than thirty feet high.
