松楸連塔古。窓檻任閑開。水遶清陰裏。人從熱處來。噪風蟬帶鶴。欹樹石兼苔。向曉東林下。遲遲捨此迴。

Pines and catalpas border the stūpa of old; / The window frames are freely opened at leisure. / Water winds through clear shade; / People come here from the sweltering heat. / Cicadas chirping in the wind mingle with cranes; / Slanted trees hold both rocks and moss. / At daybreak beneath Donglin, / Reluctantly, I leave this place and turn back.
