前陳州刺史江夏李邕撰并書。開元十九年七月十五日建 洪州刺史裴休題云。覽北海之詞翰想風采。
Composed and calligraphed by Li Yong of Jiangxia, former Prefect of Chenzhou. Erected on the fifteenth day of the seventh month of the nineteenth year of the Kaiyuan era. Pei Xiu, Prefect of Hongzhou, inscribed: "Looking upon the writings of Beihai, I contemplate his refined bearing."
