朝議郎守祕書丞史館修撰。上柱國劉軻撰　守江州司戶參軍員外置同正員陳去疾書　前振武節度參謀試太常寺奉禮郎李𨑲彥篆額　開成四年四月二十七日建。大中八年七月二十三日再立。

Composed by Liu Ke, Gentleman of Court Discussion, Assistant in the Palace Library, Senior Compiler of the Historiographical Institute, and Supreme Pillar of State; calligraphed by Chen Qiji, Supernumerary Acting Revenue Manager with Substantive Rank of Jiangzhou; header inscribed in seal script by Li Shanxi, former Staff Officer of Zhenwu Military Command and Probationary Assistant Minister of Sacrifices of the Court of Imperial Sacrifices. Erected on the twenty-seventh day of the fourth month of the fourth year of the Kaicheng era. Re-erected on the twenty-third day of the seventh month of the eighth year of the Dazhong era.
