Composed by Bai Juyi, Vice Prefect of Jiangzhou; calligraphed by Li Kegong, Acting Officer of the Huainan Surveillance Commission, Probationary Reviewer of the High Court of Justice, and Investigating Censor; header inscribed in seal script by Duan Quanwei, Staff Officer of the Huainan Military Command and Probationary Investigating Censor. Re-erected on the fifteenth day of the seventh month of the eighth year of the Dazhong era.
