湖南都團練觀察處置等使中大夫使持節都督潭州諸軍事守潭州刺史金紫光祿大夫左散騎常侍上柱國河東郡開國公食邑二千戶柳公權書　唐大中十一年歲次丁丑四月戊辰朔二十六日癸巳建。

Calligraphed by Liu Gongquan, Military Commissioner and Surveillance-and-Disposition Commissioner of Hunan, Grand Master of the Palace, Commissioner with Imperial Scepter, Commander-in-Chief of Military Affairs in Tanzhou, Prefect of Tanzhou, Grand Master for Golden and Purple Radiance with Gold Seal and Purple Ribbon, Senior Policy Advisor, Supreme Pillar of State, and Founding Duke of Hedong Commandery with a fiefdom of two thousand households. Erected on the twenty-sixth day, guisi, of the fourth month, whose new moon was wuchen, in the year dingchou, the eleventh year of the Dazhong era of the Tang.
