朝散大夫使持節江州諸軍事守江州刺史柱國賜紫金魚苗紳撰。朝議郎前行國子大學博士柱國裴光遠書并篆額　咸通九年歲次戊子十二月庚申朔十三日壬申建

Composed by Miao Shen, Grand Master for Closing Court, Commissioner with Imperial Scepter, Commander-in-Chief of Military Affairs in Jiangzhou, Prefect of Jiangzhou, Pillar of State, bestowed with the Purple Gold Fish [Bag]. Calligraphed and header inscribed in seal script by Pei Guangyuan, Gentleman of Court Discussion, former Erudite of the National University of the Directorate of Education, and Pillar of State. Erected on the thirteenth day, renshen, of the twelfth month, whose new moon was gengshen, in the year wuzi, the ninth year of the Xiantong era.
