中岳道士翰林供奉吳筠文并書　唐保大五年太歲丁未六月甲寅朔三日丙辰立

Text and calligraphy by Wu Yun, Daoist Priest of the Central Peak and Hanlin Academician Waiting upon the Emperor. Erected on the third day, bingchen, of the sixth month, which began on jiayin, the fifth year of Baoda under the Tang, a dingwei year.
