內知客兼鹽按司事銀青光祿大夫檢校工部尚書兼御史大夫柱國王路奉勅撰并書　唐保大乙卯歲二月庚子朔十五日甲寅記

Composed and inscribed by imperial decree by Wang Lu, Palace Receptionist and Controller of Salt Investigation Office Affairs, Grand Master of the Silver-Blue Glories, Acting Minister of Works, Censor-in-Chief, and Pillar of State, on the fifteenth day, jiayin, of the second month, which began on gengzi, the yimao year of Baoda under the Tang.
